Echelon Asset Management had engineered a better way to analyze the peer-to-peer marketplace lending investment landscape, creating a series of alternative investment funds capable of delivering consistent returns with very limited risk. They turned to MBC Strategic to help develop a brand identity that would resonate with investors and would showcase Echelon’s deep investment and fintech talent, unique access to loans and quantitative competitive advantage in offering marketplace lending investment strategies to alternative investors. After a strategic branding and messaging exercise, the firm launched its new brand in 2015 and continues to build momentum in this relatively new investment category.
