Rebrand for Leading Commercial Real Estate Debt Investment Manager
New Logo, Brand and Website for ACORE Capital
Challenge
ACORE Capital manages around $19 billion in commercial real estate debt for institutional investors around the globe. The firm approached the team at MBC Strategic in 2024 with a branding and design challenge to help the seasoned debt manager to refresh its look across the web and investor relations materials.
Leveraging a messaging platform that hinged on deep expertise and longstanding relationships in the institutional commercial real estate debt investment management industry, we began creating a refreshed visual identity.
Strategy
Using a unique balance and combination of dark backgrounds with new light and vibrant shades of blue, we also introduced a new logo with custom typography and line art carried across the brand and materials. This visual language was created to both highlight and bring life to the firm and important aspects of the brand.
Extending the look across its digital presence, the new brand-supportive website was designed to provide a range of user journeys for the institutional brokers, investors and insurance companies the firm serves. The brand story was supported by custom infographics, video assets and unique insights and perspectives from key firm stakeholders. The refreshed visual identity and image was also carried across a range of digital and print executions—in brand supportive advertising and sales support materials.

The new comprehensive branding project was released in late 2024, with a coordinated launch across the web, in advertising campaigns, social assets and event-based design and marketing efforts in the fourth quarter.
