In early second quarter the team at MBC aligned with Russell Investments to help develop and design a main stage presentation for the investment community. MBC molded Russell’s pioneering research into a captivating story with powerful imagery and innovative design components. MBC developed an entire campaign around the program, including the design and content for promotional materials, speaker profiles, and a presentation overview. Adding an interactive promotional piece to the mix, MBC developed an innovative landing page to support and promote the campaign. Russell is set to begin promotion of the presentation later in 2011.

Marketing Consultant’s Corner

In the competitive world of mutual funds, marketing matters. The right mutual fund marketing materials can help drive sales as both advisors and their clients can easily grasp the unique differentiation of the Fund and its investment strategy. During the 2nd quarter, MBC Strategic furthered its near 15 years of experience and expertise in the world of Mutual Fund marketing, writing, and product positioning with two new projects for major Mutual Fund companies. First, the team at MBC helped conceptualize and develop content for the marketing materials to support an innovative new Fund launch at the end of the second quarter. We also worked on a similar project for another Fund company—developing and writing materials to promote the launch of their new fund as well as commentary to support a longstanding asset allocation product.

The Ticker

In 2nd quarter, Hedge Solutions enlisted MBC to redesign their hedge fund-focused website and update their content to better align with the direction of the firm. The hedge fund administration website development project included developing SEO-friendly content and a new design scheme and site structure that helps support Hedge Solutions’ growing visibility across the hedge fund landscape. With the expertise that comes from being the hedge fund start-up specialist, Hedge Solutions is now more equipped than ever to help navigate the intricacies of the hedge fund industry — and provide sophisticated services and support every step of the way.
