Challenge

Manchester Capital Management (MCM) is a true multi-family office guided and owned by the families and partners it serves. For over 30 years, they’ve pioneered innovative investment strategies, including direct real estate and family office services to help families navigate through an ever more challenging world. MCM approached MBC Strategic in 2021 to update their branding and messaging and create a website and marketing materials that showcase their unique service offerings and dedication to unparalleled service in the family office space.

Strategy

After extensive competitive and industry analysis alongside stakeholder and partner interviews, the MBC strategy team gained a deep understanding of their commitment to clients and history of serving multi-generational families. We collectively landed on the platform “Uncommon Success Requires Uncommon Advice” to help depict the firm’s empathy to the complex needs of their client base. In addition, the team offered succinct and clear brand storytelling within an elevated and user-friendly website to engage both current and prospective high net worth clientele.

Results

The updated investment management website launched in 2021 with a sophisticated and sleek aesthetic showcasing a new logo and impactful brand storytelling throughout. The site is responsive across devices with an intuitive structure, creating an exceptional experience for web, mobile and tablet users. To create consistent branding, marketing material was updated to align with site design using concise messaging and sophisticated visuals. The family office brand and web project garnered both success and recognition, taking home 2021 MarCom Gold in the brand refresh category.
