Partner is a leading national provider of environmental and engineering due diligence and consulting services for the commercial real estate industry, including commercial mortgage backed securities. The assignment included the development of a creative platform and the developing and designing a trade and online advertising campaign. The coupling of humor and emotion to the messaging in these advertisements left a lasting impact, competitively positioning Partner in a unique and differentiating way and allowing Partner to speak into the actual concerns of their clients. For this campaign, MBC Strategic received the Communicator Gold Award, the Summit Creative Bronze Award, and the Award of Excellence from the Insurance & Financial Communicators Association in 2015.
